The Solanaceae Genomics workshop will take place during the XXI Plant & Animal Genome conference (http://www.intl-pag.org/) in San Diego,California, and is scheduled for Saturday morning, 12 January 2013 from 10:20 AM to 12:30 PM. The PAG conference will be held from January 12 to 16, 2013.


Abstracts to be considered for oral presentation must be submitted to one of the organizers: Giovanni Giuliano (giovanni.giuliano@enea.it) or Dave Douches (douchesd@msu.edu).  Since the program of oral presentations has to be finalized by November 1, 2012, those interested on participating in the workshop with an oral presentation are strongly encouraged to send us a short abstract)  no later than October 20, 2012. Abstracts for poster presentation can be submitted through the PAG website by November 1, 2012.

The number of speakers for a workshop is limited to 6 (20 minutes each) while the number of posters is unlimited.  Please note that each participant will have to cover his/her own expenses and that, given the limited number of speakers, some of the submitted abstracts may have to be presented as posters.
