This directory contains the results of a computational mapping of the tomato bac ends to the marker sequences in SGN. 

BLAST was run using the following parameters:

blastall -e 1e-10

This dataset has been further filtered using the following criteria before it was loaded into the SGN database:

ignore matches with alignment lengths smaller than 25bp
require identity > 96%.
