FA07 and NM06 common map markers. Data table for markers common to both C. frutescens acc. BG2814-6 X C. annuum NuMex RNaky (FA07) and C. annuum
Early Jalapeo X C. annuum CM344 (NM06) maps with respective map positions.

Contig Name = Original contig designation created during EST and Pepper Chip assemblies (Ashrafi et al. 2012, Hill et al., 2013).
ContigID = Four letter code assigned to contigs.
Chr = Pepper chromosome designaiton according to Wu et al.2009.
FA BinID = Four letter code for the contig selected to repersent an FA07 mapped bin followed by _C to indicate that the actual haplotype is based on
the consensus haplotype of all markers within that genetic bin.
FA LG = FA07 map linkage group number based on pepper chromosome number.
FA Pos(cM) = Position in cM on the FA07 linkage group (linkage groups oriented based on the Wu et al., 2009 pepper COSII map).
NM BinID = Four letter code for the contig selected to repersent a NM06 mapped bin followed by _C to indicate that the actual haplotype is based on
the consensus haplotype of all markers within that genetic bin.
NM LG = NM06 linkage group number based on pepper chromosome number.
NM Pos = Position in cM on the NM06 linkage group (linkage groups oriented based on the Wu et al., 2009 pepper COSII map).
