Nicotiana attenuata genome release v2, annotation v5 This folder contains three files: NIATTr2.an5.aa.fa contains the amino acid sequences of all predicted genes NIATTr2.an5.cds.fa contains the CDS sequences of all predicted genes NIATTr2.an5.mRNA.fa contains the mRNA sequences of all predicted genes NIATTr2.an5.gff contains the coordinates of all predicted genes NIATTr2.chr.fa is the fasta format of the genome assembly, which contains sequeneces anchored to the linkage maps. NIATTr2.scaffold.fa is the fasta format of the genome assembly, which contains scaffold sequeneces that were not anchored to the linkage maps. The genome assembly and genome annotation are deposited in NCBI under bioproject PRJNA316810. Expression profile of predicted genes can be accessed via Nicotiana attenuata data hub: http://nadh.ice.mpg.de/NaDH/ Further detailed description on the process of genome assembly and annotation can be found in this reference: Xu S, Brockmöller T, Navarro-Quezada A, Kuhl H, Gase K, Ling Z, Zhou W, Kreitzer C, Stanke M, Tang H, et al. in press.
