Membrane_Proteins.txt contains the TMHMM2.0 analysis of all AGI proteins in the TAIR 6 genome release.

The file contains 3 columns:

Protein ID

The number of trans-membrane domains 

Domain positions: the coordinates of the recognized domain.

The file also contains proteins that have 0 transmembrane domains.
